Who is responsible for the website

NexusSupply is operated by Guangzhou Duohuo Technology Co., Ltd (广州多货科技有限公司), Courtyard, No. 358, Zhongshan Avenue, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

• Information you submit in an RFQ, including name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country or market, product requirements, quantities and message content.
• Information you send through email or WhatsApp and later communications needed to prepare, discuss or administer a quotation or order.
• Basic technical and usage information such as page path, referral or campaign parameters, conversion events, browser or device information and approximate network information when analytics or advertising measurement is enabled.
• Attribution identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and UTM parameters. The website may keep these in browser storage for up to 90 days; short-lived content-attribution context may be held for up to 30 minutes.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, qualify B2B requests, prepare quotations and communicate about samples, QC, packing, handoff and repeat orders.
• To secure and operate the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and maintain business records.
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to RFQ or WhatsApp activity and improve the site and its buying guidance.
• To meet contractual, accounting, compliance or legal obligations that apply to the company and a specific transaction.

Analytics, advertising and service providers

The site can be configured to use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and a self-hosted Plausible Analytics endpoint. These tools may use cookies or similar browser storage and may receive technical, usage or campaign information. Hosting, communications, database and professional-service providers may also process information only as needed to provide their services to NexusSupply.

Availability of a measurement tool can differ by deployment. Browser controls, content blockers and the settings offered by the relevant provider can limit cookies or measurement. Blocking measurement does not prevent a buyer from contacting the company by email or WhatsApp.

Retention, security and international processing

NexusSupply retains inquiry and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the business relationship, dispute prevention, security and applicable record-keeping duties. Different records can have different retention periods. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Because NexusSupply is based in China and uses online service providers, information may be processed in countries or regions different from the visitor’s location. Required safeguards and transfer obligations depend on the people, places and transaction involved.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a consent where the relevant law provides that right. NexusSupply may need to verify the requester and may retain information where a transaction, security need or legal obligation requires it. This website is intended for business buyers and is not directed to children. Do not place patient records, student records, government operational data or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in an RFQ.
