How substitution keeps a low-MOQ order fillable
Small orders fail for a different reason than large ones: a single out-of-stock colour or storage variant can block an entire carton. The fix is agreeing substitution rules up front. For every model in the request, name the acceptable fallback — same model in a second colour, the next storage tier, or a sibling model in the same price band — and mark any line where no substitute is acceptable.
With those rules recorded, the quote can be filled from live stock instead of bouncing back for another confirmation round. Buyers who allow one fallback per line typically get a complete quote in the first pass; buyers who lock every line should expect the validity window to matter more, because a 10-unit allocation of a specific variant moves quickly.
What the 10-unit tier does and does not include
The 10-unit device tier covers new Android phones, tablets and used iPhones, with no per-SKU minimum inside the device mix. Accessory lines ride along at 20 units per SKU, and the combined order value must exceed US$2,000. That structure exists so a first order can test three or four models without committing to a container.
The tier does not change the delivery boundary: goods are delivered to a buyer-nominated address in mainland China or Hong Kong, or collected by the buyer's UPS/DHL account from our warehouse. Export declarations, destination customs and onward freight remain the buyer's side of the handoff, which is also why landed-cost planning belongs in the RFQ conversation rather than after it.
