NexusSupply Website Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this public website. A quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract or other written transaction document can add or replace terms for a specific order.

Website purpose and acceptable use

The website provides B2B catalog references, wholesale buying guidance, company information and ways to request a quotation. You may use it for legitimate product research and commercial inquiries. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, scrape protected areas, or use the site to harm NexusSupply, its users or third parties.

Catalog, availability and pricing

A model or category shown on a static page is a catalog reference, not a guarantee of current stock, allocation, regional version, condition, warranty, certification or price. No public SKU price or availability is final unless it appears in a current written quotation or transaction document issued for the buyer.

Product names, images and manufacturer specifications can change. Buyers must verify the exact model code, version, quantity, condition, accessory pack, inspection evidence, support route and destination-market requirements before payment. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not by itself claim brand authorization or endorsement.

RFQs are requests, not accepted orders

Submitting an RFQ, sending a WhatsApp message or receiving an initial response does not create an order or reserve inventory. A transaction becomes binding only through the written documents and acceptance process agreed by the buyer and the contracting seller. Quote validity, currency, payment timing, substitutions, inspection scope, lead time and exception handling must be stated in those documents.

Current public minimums are 10 units for new Android phones, tablets and used iPhones with no per-SKU minimum, and 20 units per accessory SKU. Multiple SKUs can be combined and the total order value must exceed US$2,000. Payment is by T/T or L/C subject to the written RFQ terms.

Delivery and buyer responsibilities

NexusSupply’s public delivery boundary is the buyer’s nominated address in mainland China or Hong Kong, or buyer-arranged UPS/DHL pickup from the warehouse. The public offer does not include FOB, DDP, onward export, destination customs clearance or last-mile delivery. Unless a signed transaction document expressly says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for onward transport, import requirements, taxes, destination compliance and local resale obligations.

Buying guides and external sources

Checklists and articles are general procurement information, not legal, tax, customs, safety, medical, carrier or regulatory advice. External sources and links are provided for context; NexusSupply does not control their availability or later revisions. Buyers should obtain current advice and official confirmation for their own destination, use case and transaction.

Intellectual property, availability and liability boundary

Except for third-party material, the site’s original text, design and code are owned by or licensed to the operating company and may not be republished as a competing catalog or misleadingly attributed. Ordinary links and short, properly attributed quotations are permitted where applicable law allows them.

The site is provided on an as-available basis and may be corrected, changed or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexusSupply is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on outdated public content, external services, interrupted access or a buyer’s failure to verify transaction-specific facts. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions and changes

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Material revisions will change the date shown on this page. Continued use after a revision means the later terms apply to subsequent website use, but it does not silently rewrite an already signed transaction document.
