Allocate display stock before sell-through stock
A foldable earns attention only when buyers can understand its opening action, inner screen and closed size. Mark display or evaluation units separately from sealed sell-through units in the RFQ. That distinction tells the receiving team which units may be opened for inspection and stops a demonstration requirement from being confused with ordinary retail quantity.
The catalog currently presents four foldable lines: HONOR Magic V5, HUAWEI Mate X7, HUAWEI Mate XT and HUAWEI Pura X Max. Their published open displays span different formats, including the 10.2-inch tri-fold Mate XT. Use those catalog fields to choose a format role, then verify the exact regional version and available batch during quotation.
Write a foldable-specific acceptance record
The buyer should define what inspection evidence is required for the exterior, inner display, hinge movement, frame, identifiers, color and sealed packaging. The request can ask for photographs of the agreed checkpoints without claiming a condition or warranty that has not been approved. A repeatable shot list is more useful than a general instruction to check quality.
Software, services, radio support and accessory contents can differ by variant. List the destination, expected account or app environment, required language, included items and any buyer-approved compatibility result as separate fields. NexusSupply can match the quoted batch to that brief; the destination-market decision remains with the buyer and qualified advisers.
Control substitution by shape and selling purpose
A book fold should not automatically replace a wide-body or tri-fold unit just because both are premium devices. State whether the line is meant to demonstrate a large canvas, fit a compact premium counter, or provide a recognizable flagship. Then define the display-size range, closed-form constraint, storage tier and quantity that a substitute must preserve.
New foldables follow the device minimum: an order can start at 10 units with no per-SKU minimum, subject to the approved total order value. That supports a small mixed evaluation basket, but it does not guarantee allocation. Current stock, price, quote validity and batch details are confirmed in the RFQ before the buyer approves payment.
Foldables earn their counter space as demonstration devices: the shop that keeps one unit open on the desk sells the category, not just the SKU. Plan the order around display stock plus sell-through units, and agree the substitute model early — premium allocations move faster than any other line on this route.
